Bio

• Tom is Unit Leader in the Governmental Affairs Section. He joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2017, and previously worked with the Department of Social Services, The Department of Health and Senior Services, and the Labor and Industrial Relation Commission.

  His practice areas include a variety of administrative proceedings, professional licensing, and guardianships. He has a particular specialty in the area of parental rights and is a frequent speaker and author on the topic. He lives in Columbia, Missouri with his wife Lillian, their children (James, Thomas, Devon, and Eryn), and a multitude of small animals.
