Bio

• Rachael is the Chief Counsel for the Labor Division. She originally joined the AG’s Office in 2008 as an intern in Jefferson City. After law school, Rachael started as an AAG in the Labor Division in St. Louis. She became a unit leader in 2015, Deputy Chief Counsel in 2021, and Chief Counsel in 2025. Her area of specialization is workers’ compensation. Rachael is also a Recruitment Director for the AG’s office.
