Practice Areas

• Practice Area 1 – During my time working at Marler Law Partners, then Marta J. Papa, PC and finally Cordell Law, LLP, I focused primarily on family law matters.  I handled divorces, paternities, child custody and child support, guardianships for minor children, adoptions, and motions to modify.
• Practice Area 2 – I was a solo practitioner for more than 11 years.  During that time I practiced a variety of areas of law, including family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, traffic, and probate.  I served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem and parent’s attorney for the Jefferson County Juvenile Court in abuse/neglect matters and in termination of parental rights matters.  I also served as a court appointed attorney for juveniles in delinquency matters before the juvenile court.

Education

• I attended University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law and graduated 2005. I was an active member of the Environmental Law and Policy Review Journal while attending school.
• I attended Saint Louis University for my undergraduate degree in biology.
