Bio

• Laura received a degree in Political Science from Truman State university and graduated from the University of Kansas Law School in 2005. She moved to Wisconsin following law school and practiced in a small financial law firm until returning to Kansas City to work for the Missouri Attorney General’s office in 2009 to 2016. Laura worked for several years in private practice before returning to the Attorney General’s office in 2024.

  Laura’s interests include Down syndrome and special education advocacy, volunteering, and crafting. She lives in Kansas City with her husband, son, and two dogs.
