The Attorney General is charged with enforcing the Missouri Sunshine Law. To ensure that government is open, the Attorney General reviews complaints regarding potential Sunshine Law violations and, in certain cases, takes legal action. However, please understand that the Attorney General cannot act as your attorney but represents the state’s interests in ensuring that public meetings and records are open to the extent provided by law.
The Sunshine Law Complaint Form is available in pdf format. You can fill out the form while browsing the Web. However, you will not be able to save the completed form so remember to print extra copies for your files.
