Vehicle Stops Reports

Missouri law enforcement officials are required by state law to report certain information on all traffic stops conducted in the state.

The Attorney General requests that all law enforcement agencies electronically file their annual reports.

Incident Report Form

An incident report form Get the free Adobe Reader was developed by the Missouri Press Association, Police Chiefs Association, Sheriffs' Association and Attorney General's Office with the understanding that it complies with the Sunshine Law. The form is not mandated and is not intended to replace any valid incident report already being used by agencies. The PDF form is coded and can be filled out on the computer.
