Regardless of whether your number is on the No-Call List or not, Missouri law prohibits certain conduct by telemarketers.
For example, telemarketers may not:
- Threaten, intimidate, or use profane or obscene language;
- Call before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm;
- Continue calling after you have asked the telemarketer to stop calling.
If any of these things happen, please file a complaint with the Missouri No-Call Unit.
