Nixon, St. Louis legislators focus on identifying children's fathers
January 23, 2004 Attorney General Nixon, Sens. Joan Bray and Rita Days and Rep. Margaret Donnelly announced the creation of a working group to study how to reduce the number of children with no father's name on their birth certificate.
