Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick:

 This is in response to your request for an official ballot title for the proposed constitutional amendment of House Joint Resolution No. 65, Second Regular Session of the 76th General Assembly.

 Pursuant to Section 125.030, RSMo 1969, the official ballot title is as follows:

Provides for the organization of the executive branch of the state into mot more than 14 departments, an office of administration, and the 6 presently existing state elective offices. All state boards, bureaus, commissions and agencies are to be assigned to one of the departments or office of administration. Provides for Senate confirmation of all executive officials appointed by the Governor.
