Jefferson City, Mo. – Attorney General Chris Koster today spoke to business leaders from around the state at the Missouri Chamber of Commerce’s annual Capitol day, outlining the critical condition of the state’s Second Injury Fund and options the legislature should consider to fix the crisis.  Attached is a text of the Attorney General’s speech.
