Attorney General Koster testifies before US Senate

--highlights foreclosure-rescue, debt-settlement scams in Missouri--

Jefferson City, Mo. -- Attorney General Chris Koster today testified at a hearing of the U.S. Senate on the increase in mortgage-rescue and debt-settlement fraud Missouri is experiencing during the downward economic times. The Attorney General also outlined for committee members his recommendations for strengthening enforcement against fraudulent businesses nationwide.
