Jefferson City, Mo.- Attorney General Chris Koster today announced Dana Walker Tucker has been appointed Chief Counsel for the Eastern Region. In that role, she will manage the attorneys, investigators and support staff in the Attorney General's St. Louis office.
Tucker has been a partner with Fox Galvin LLC in St. Louis since 2002, where she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, pharmaceutical litigation and product liability. She is a seasoned trial lawyer and is well respected within the legal community. Prior to her work at Fox Galvin, she was a senior attorney at a firm in Stuart, Florida, alongside one of the top 50 trial lawyers in the nation. Tucker also spent time with the St. Louis firms of Husch & Eppenberger and Richard E. Banks & Associates PC.
"Dana brings a wide range of legal and managerial experience to our office, and I am honored and excited she will provide leadership for us in the Eastern Region," Koster said.
The Eastern Region of the Attorney General's Office handles legal issues for several different divisions, including Labor, Consumer Protection, Governmental Affairs and Litigation. The Attorney General's No Call unit is also based there.
