Attention: Missouri Residents, businesses, and organizations:

If you purchased an LCD flat screen television, computer monitor or TV before 2007, you may be eligible to file a claim and receive a cash payment.

If you:

  • Purchased a flat screen tv, computer monitor or notebook computer (laptop) between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2006, and;
  • Lived in Missouri during that time, and:
  • Bought one or more products during that timeframe in-person or online from a store or computer manufacturer, then

You are eligible to file a claim under the national LCD settlement.

To file a claim, you will need to provide the total number of purchases you made of these products between 1999 and 2006. You do not need to send receipts.

You can also mail in a claim using this form.

Hurry! The last day you can file your claim online is December 6, 2012. Mailed claim forms must be received by that day.
