Application Process
Step One - Submit Cover Letter and Resume
You may submit your cover letter and resume electronically by submitting our simple online form or by mailing it to the appropriate address listed on this page.
Step Two - Criminal History Check
Print out and mail an original, signed authorization for a check of your criminal record to the appropriate address listed on this page.
Criminal background checks occur after interviewing for those applicants who may be offered employment.
What Comes Next
Attorneys, Support Staff and Undergraduate Interns
Once we have received your cover letter, resume and criminal history authorization, we will evaluate your submission and may contact you about an interview in the near future.
Law Students
If you attend a school at which we will be interviewing during the On Campus Interview Program, follow the procedures laid out by your school for interviewing.
If you do not attend a school at which we will be having an on campus interview, we will evaluate your submission and may contact you about an interview in the near future.
Offers for summer clerkships and permanent positions to law students are typically made in late October and early November.
