Position: Assistant Attorney General
Division: Agriculture and Environment Division
The Office of the Missouri Attorney General is seeking an experienced attorney for a position as Assistant Attorney General in its Jefferson City office. The position primarily involves the enforcement of state environmental laws. These include the state implementation of federal laws, including RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act. The attorney would be assigned to the Agriculture and Environment Division and would handle court cases and administrative appeals on a state-wide basis.
