In most cases, there is a remedy available to Missourians who don't want to be bothered by telemarketers. It's the Missouri No Call list, maintained by the Attorney General's Office. For more information, visit the No Call section of our Web site.

Some telemarketers are exempt from No Call. Even though you are registered, they may still call you. But under federal law, you have the right to tell any telemarketer, exempt or otherwise, not to contact you again. If they do, you should file a complaint against a telemarketer with the Attorney General's Office.
