Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes

The most important thing to know about sweepstakes offers is that no purchase is necessary. Period. It's illegal for a sweepstakes to increase your chances of winning when you buy merchandise, or even to suggest your chances of winning would be higher.

Many consumers spent countless dollars buying worthless merchandise, thinking it will improve their chances of winning. It won't.

Your chances of winning must be clearly displayed in the offer.
