Why do I have several different credit scores?

Another blog, Truston, points out that when buying your credit score, you may get a different number, depending on where you buy it. That blog post explains the difference between FICO scores and other credit scores you may get directly from the credit bureaus.

And it can be important to buy the right one for your situation.

ye iam trying to find some help MY local utilitie provider is overcharging me for services were talking about over 500 dollars a for the past 3 months now the city runs its on utilitie company. fisrt it was a deposit over charge then it started with the utilities.I am disable and live on an extremly low income I have only one resource left I received 2 disonnects this month granted this is not utilities I am using at all but there saying it I live in a 2 bedroom house with an infant daughter.I don,t even use my electricitie at night Ive always lived this way I don,t believe in wasting my money.especially what I do have.I am using only gas for heating my house.so I know these charges are bogus as well as them admitting on channel 8 news that they had over charged certain they claim over 300,000 dollars I am certain this money was not credited nor given back because I have never gotten the over500 they overcharged me before.they force you to pay it or look for help becuse what there strategy is to put it in a disconnect where you have no choice but to pay it especially if you have children in the home you have to think of them.I need to know if anyone knows who I can get a hold in adjacent to the attorney generals office there has to be another agency beside just them.please help me I need help. sincerly ms.s

To Elizabeth:

You can file a consumer complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission, which regulates utilities.
