BBB warns customers about Blue Hippo computers

The Better Business Bureau says the company targets low-income consumers to help finance computer purchases. Says customers complain about paying up front and not getting their products and not getting refunds. If you are having similar problems, you can file a complaint with AG Nixon.

I ordered said computer from blue hippo and they charged my account more than said and now I have multipul over draft charges from my bank and they will not refund me any money

I STARTED BUYING MY COMPUTER FROM BLUE HIPPO IN JUNE 8,2007 AND I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING TO GET IT SENT TO ME EVERY SINCE. I HAVE MET ALL OF THEIR CONTRACT. I HAVE MADE ABOUT 10 CALLS AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL BACK. IT IS NOW DEC.6,2007 AND I STILL DONT HAVE A COMPUTER. PLEASE DONT BUY A COMPUTER FROM BLUE HIPPO IT WILL ONLY BRING YOU TROUBLE.
